A man who slashed his girlfriend’s ex-partner with a knife causing a large cut to his face has been jailed for a total of 12 years for section 18 GBH.

Ross Madsen also known as Ross Robertson, 29, from Wicklow Avenue in Grimsby was sentenced to a 7 year custodial sentence with an extra 5 years to be served on licence.
It follows an incident on Wednesday 18 April 2018 on Wicklow Avenue where his victim sustained a deep cut to his lip which needed 10 stitches.
