A man was trapped this afternoon in a roof space at the rear of Tescos Hewitts circus this afternoon.
Emergency services were called just after 2pm with reports of a man becoming stuck in a roof space.
Fireservice, land ambulance paramedics and the air ambulance all arrived at the scene to help with the man.
The Ambulance service released this statement
A spokesman for East Midlands Ambulance Service: “We received a call at 2.02pm to Hewitts Circus Retail Park in Cleethorpes.
The caller reported a medical emergency. We sent a paramedic in a fast response car, a road ambulance and an air ambulance. We are currently still on scene.
It is believed the man had fallen from the roof and become stuck in a void in the roof.
Emergency services worked to get the man out and treat him, Before he was brought down.
He was then taken to the air ambulance which then took off and took the man to hospital.
Humberside police appeal following fire at Tivoli Gardens.
We are investigating a fire at Tivoli Gardens that happened at 9.30pm yesterday (Monday 7 October).
The front door of the flat was set alight. We are treating the fire as a suspected arson and believe it might have been targeted at the previous occupant of the flat.
The woman who now lives at the flat suffered from smoke inhalation from the fire and her property has been damaged.

There was a Road Traffic Collision involving one moving vehicle and one stationary vehicle on Laceby road Grimsby last night.
It was reported that One adult female driver was released from a vehicle by Humberside Fire Service using manipulation. The female was suffering with minor injuries and was treated by paramedics on scene.
After being treated at the scene she was put in to an ambulance to be treated.
Humberside police were on scene dealing with the incident and after receiving treatment in the ambulance, A police officer was seen going in to the ambulance with a breathalyser kit and shortly after the female driver escorted to a police vehicle.
A member of the public who lives nearby told us,
That the Crash on Laceby Road was around 9.50pm 31.08.19.
A lady driver crashed her vauxhall corsa into a parked car a Peugeot 206, two fire appliances, two ambulances, 4 police cars were at the scene.
As soon as it happened I heard a loud bang and went outside to see the Vauxhall on its side.
I asked if there was any one else involved, which there wasn’t. Me and 5 others tried to get the lady out whilst someone was on the phone to the police and the paramedics.
I then saw cars coming from both ways, so I decided to take charge in that and help guide the traffic safely. then the ambulance turned up and police and then the fire brigade.
Humberside police and fire service are classing the fire that broke out earlier as suspicious.
Police say piles of material had been gathered together before being set alight.
A member of the public said they seen a person with a yellow t-shirt on , near to were the fire started shortly before it begun.
One fire appliance and the small appliance dealt with fire and remain on scene to make sure its fully out.
Fire investigation officers are on the site to gather what information they can.
Police have no further details on the person but would ask members of the public if they have any information to call 101 with log no 388 of today 21-8-19
