Humberside Police confirm man has died and is being treated as unexplained at this time.
A spokesman said: “Officers are in attendance at Roberts Street after the death of a man.
We were called by the ambulance service at 1.30pm today after the man was confirmed dead.
At this stage the death is not being treated as suspicious but is being treated as unexplained.” Officers leading the investigation appealed for anyone with information to contact Humberside Police non-emergency number 101 quoting incident number 281 of today.
Appeal for witnesses to serious collision on Rendel St, Grimsby.
Yesterday at 6.50pm we were called to a serious collision between a Yamaha YQ Aerox 50cc moped and a blue Mitsubishi ASX3 car.
There were two people young people on the moped, a 15 year-old boy and a 12 year-old girl, neither of whom were wearing helmets.
The moped collided with the car at the junction of Rendel Street with Armstrong Street in Grimsby.
Both the rider and passenger of the moped sustained serious injuries.

This happened on Carnforth crescent on Tuesday night
A man has described how his mum and stepfather were attacked by a gang from behind with bats, machetes and an axe.
The man and woman are currently in Hull Royal Infirmary being treated for head injuries following the incident on Carnforth Crescent on Tuesday night.
The son, who does not wish to be named, said the couple were just leaving a friend’s house on The Grange estate just before 7pm, when they were “attacked from behind” by a group of up to 12 people armed with bats, machetes and an axe, which left them with serious head injuries.
The lad said his mum has had to have 30 stitches in her head due to a large cut that she suffered above her eye, while her partner has been stabbed in the stomach twice and received a large axe wound to the back of his head.
Both remain in hospital Hull Royal Infirmary where they are still recovering , The step-dad has also had to undergo surgery.
The son said: “My mum and her partner were round at a friend’s house on the Grange when they were confronted by this lad who started having a go at them. He quickly drove away after they stood up to him and they thought nothing more of it.
“Then as they were leaving the house, they were attacked from behind with bats, machetes and even an axe.
One man has been charged in connection with the incident and two others have been released under investigation.
Police said Jonathan West, 27, of Redbourne Road, Grimsby, appeared at Grimsby magistrates court yesterday charged with a public order offence.
Detective Sergeant Ian Potter said: “Enquiries are ongoing and I would like to appeal to anyone with any information about the disorder to get in touch.
“This includes anyone with CCTV footage or video recorded on a mobile device showing the incident.
