Hit And Run Last Night On Bentley St.

Did anyone see a Hit and car crash last night on Bentley Street last night?

On the 16th March 2019 aprrox 7:45pm a car hit a grey Ford Focus which was parked outside 169 Bentley Street, Cleethorpes.

It was shunted 30 yards into the giveway sign on the corner of Beacon Ave/Bentley Street junction, before speeding off down Normandy road passed the cemetery.

The driver sped off without leaving any details or before witnesses could the reg number.

When the recovery vehicle, recovered the car a Saab silver badge was found next to it.

So its highly likely a Saab was the vehicle that did the hit and run.

I know that the Saab nearside headlight is smashed and is likely to have more nearside damaged to the front of the car, looking at the damaged caused to the car.

This was the SAAB badge left at scene.

If anyone saw or knows of a Saab that has damaged to it, please contact 07948 398999 and ask for Mark Burgess with any details you may have.
