Cyclist Sadly Died This Morning
A cyclist has sadly died following a collision between a bike and a car in Duncombe Street, Grimsby, this morning (Sunday, March 24).
We were called by ambulance crews at shortly before 10.05am, following the collision between the bike and a red Peugeot 2008 GT.
The cyclist, who has not yet been identified, was taken to the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, where he sadly passed away. Our thoughts are with his loved ones.
The road remains closed between the junctions with Freeman Street, Werneth Road and Albion Street, whilst our specialist teams investigate the circumstances of the incident.
